`verglos attest` signs verified evidence for handoff.

Attest is the third step in the Verglos CLI trio. It is designed to collect verified findings, provenance notes, and report metadata into a portable JSON+HTML bundle, sign the bundle with Ed25519, and expose a public verify URL when the Studio verification surface is live.

Current status

In 2.0.0-alpha, `verglos attest` ships as a gated command shell with typed bundle fields and clear status output. Ed25519 signing, hosted verification, and white-label report generation are Studio capabilities planned for 2.0.0-beta.
